Karen entered the Seacoast mortgage scene in 2002. Coming from a sales and marketing background in the software development industry, Karen helped a small brokerage firm from the Lakes Region develop their business. She quickly found a new passion and honed her skills to become a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager.

Karen's clients will consistently comment on her ability to go out of the way to provide top-notch service. She pays particular attention to the details and makes the process fast and easy. She takes the time to work with her clients, to map out financial strategies and mortgage decisions that will suit their short and long term economic goals.

Karen attended Colby Sawyer College and University of New Hampshire for Liberal Arts and Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a Paralegal Degree where her focus will be in title, contracts, wills and trusts to further service her clients' needs.

Karen resides in Portsmouth, N.H. and is very active in the Seacoast's Piscataqua Sailing Association. Karen's crew of six have raced J105 Sailboats together for the past 12 years in the waters off New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. You're likely to see her out on the water on a nice breezy day, sometimes even in the winter!
