Stu has over 30 years of experience in residential real estate focused positions including real estate appraisal, sales, mortgage finance, multi family investment and development. Stu has been involved in all phases of development including land identification, acquisition and the entire design/build process. Between 1981 and 1987, Stu co-owned and was president of Country Three Corners Inc., a True Value Hardware and lumber business located in Weare, NH. During this time, Stu was responsible for all aspects of the business and helped grow the company exponentially.

Stu has worked in residential lending for over 20 years and has focused his business on the central and southern regions of New Hampshire. While working as a mortgage loan officer, Stu has always focused on meeting the highest levels of customer service possible.

Stu is a graduate of Nathaniel Hawthorne College with a degree in Business and Economics. His hobbies include scuba diving, gardening, watching Red Sox games and travel. Stu has resided in Weare with his wife Angelica since 1981.
